Auxilo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the builders who publish on our platform to do the same. This page explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, how a builder can respond if their content is removed, and what happens to accounts that infringe repeatedly.
This policy is Auxilo's notice-and-takedown procedure under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
Auxilo is Auxilo, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, doing business as Auxilo.
If you own a copyright (or are authorized to act for the owner) and you believe a Learning or other material on Auxilo infringes that copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent at the address below.
For your notice to be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A), it must include all of the following:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If you are covering multiple works in a single notice, provide a representative list of those works.
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing and that you want removed or disabled, with enough detail to let us locate it. For a Learning, include the Learning identifier or the URL where it appears.
4. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Email is the fastest way to reach us. Please put "DMCA Notice" in the subject line.
A caution before you send. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you are not sure whether the material infringes your copyright, talk to a lawyer first.
When we receive a notice that meets the requirements above, we will:
If a notice is missing required elements, we may not be able to act on it, and we may contact you to ask for the missing information.
If your content was removed or disabled and you believe that was a mistake, or that the material does not infringe, you may send us a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
To be effective, your counter-notification must include all of the following:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Auxilo may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or that person's agent.
Send the counter-notification to the same Designated Agent listed in Section 1.
A caution before you send. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
When we receive a counter-notification that meets the requirements above, we will forward it to the person who filed the original notice and let them know we will restore the material in 10 to 14 business days.
We will restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days after receiving your counter-notification, unless our Designated Agent first receives notice from the person who filed the original notice that they have filed a lawsuit seeking a court order to keep the builder from engaging in the infringing activity.
Auxilo will terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, the accounts of builders who are repeat infringers, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
We treat a builder as a repeat infringer when they have been the subject of two or more valid DMCA takedown notices that were not reversed by a counter-notification or a court. Our usual escalation is a warning after the first valid notice, and account termination on or after the second. We may act sooner in cases of clear, willful, or large-scale infringement, and we may weigh counter-notifications and the surrounding circumstances in deciding what is appropriate.
Termination for repeat infringement follows the account-termination process in our Terms of Service. Learnings published by a terminated account may be removed from the catalog. Termination does not by itself reverse, refund, or unwind unlock transactions that consumers completed before removal.
